CCTV released after woman’s nose broken in bar during night out

Police have made an appeal after a woman suffered a broken nose when she was punched in the face during a night out.

The woman was attacked at around 4am on Sunday, August 1, outside a city centre bar in Chapel Bar, Nottingham.

Nottinghamshire Police has released images of a man they would like to speak to in connection with the incident.

No arrests have been made so far.

PC Tina Cockayne, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: “This was a nasty assault on a young woman who needed hospital treatment as a result of what happened to her.

“We believe the man pictured in this image may be able to help us with our enquiries and would like to speak with anyone who recognises him.”

Anyone with information is asked to call 101 quoting incident 372 of 1 August.
