Corby Town Council are announcing that work is underway for Corby Pride to return in June 2026 with a celebration more vibrant, proud and unifying than ever before.
Following successful main events in 2023 and 2024, our planned main parade and event on June 7th, 2025, was cancelled following a severe weather warning, with the health and safety of those taking part behind the decision.
Since then, we have gone through careful consideration and consultation with local authorities, venue partners, and key stakeholders but have concluded it is not possible to re-schedule Pride in 2025.
The scale of the event requires substantial planning, permits, and co-ordination, much of which cannot be replicated at short notice. We must be committed to ensuring that any Pride event is delivered to the highest standard of safety.
However, further contingencies will be undertaken to support Pride 2026, providing an event worthy of the legacy created by Corby Pride in previous years.
We would like to extend our deepest gratitude to all supporters – from participants and partners to volunteers and allies. Your resilience and sense of community remain at the heart of everything we do. We encourage everyone to stay connected and engaged as we look ahead to Pride 2026.
