Lincoln trampoline park issues update after fire where customers were evacuated

A trampoline park in Lincoln has issued an update after a fire broke out at the centre. People were evacuated from Jump Inc Lincoln on Friday night (September 27) after the blaze was reported. Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue Service was on the scene.

A spokeswoman at Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue said: “Crews did attend a fire at a commercial premises on Sunningdale Trading Estate on Friday 27 September. This resulted in fire damage to 2 industrial fryers and contents, and a protective backboard. There was some smoke damage to the remainder of the kitchen.”

No one was injured and everyone in the park was safe. Sharing an update on its Facebook page, Jump Inc Lincoln, wrote: “Due to a small fire in our kitchen yesterday, we are unable to serve hot food this weekend.

“The fire only affected our kitchen area so the park is open as usual and all staff and customers who were in the park when it happened are safe and well. Please book online

“If you are planning on visiting today please book online as we are unable to use our wifi at this time. Those with parties are being contacted and we are doing our best to continue our party service as usual.”
