Man arrested as police investigate two Chaddesden assaults

A man has been arrested following two reported assaults in the Chaddesden area earlier today (February 17).

Derbyshire police say that officers were called to Revive Health Centre on Roe Farm Lane in Chaddesden just after 8am this morning.

Officers also received a call that a teenager has also been assaulted at around 8.30am near to St Albans Church on Roe Farm Lane.

Police said that it is not thought that anyone sustained any serious injuries.

Residents may have noticed a larger police presence in the area this afternoon and police have stated that an investigation is still ongoing.

Officers are keen to hear from anyone who was in the Wiltshire Road and Roe Farm Lane area of Chaddesden between 8am and 8.30am this morning.
